Does a search reserve my domain?

No. Availability can change before registration is confirmed. We check again during the purchase process. A payment confirmation is not itself confirmation that the domain has been registered.

Can I use my own hosting provider?

Yes. Once the domain is registered, you can use the DNS records or nameservers supplied by your hosting provider. Review existing website and email records before making changes.

How long is a registration?

One year is the default. An optional three-year registration offer is available only for eligible .co.uk and .uk domains. The chosen term and total are shown in your basket.
