Check the renewal information
Open your domain in My Account to review its expiry date, renewal status and available renewal controls. The renewal price and term must be shown before you pay.
Do not assume renewal is automatic
Check the setting shown for your domain. An automatic-renewal instruction is not proof that a payment or registrar renewal has succeeded. Watch for the confirmed result and keep your payment and contact details up to date.
After expiry
Website and email service may stop. Recovery depends on the extension, registry rules and elapsed time; extra fees can apply. Contact support promptly. We cannot promise recovery of an expired or deleted domain.
